Kevin Christophe is a Radio Personality for WBHK 98.7 Kiss FM in Birmingham, Alabama. As a prior military veteran, Kevin brings unique perspectives from his military experience as a broadcast
journalist to Summit Media. Kevin learned the value of radio broadcasting early, growing up in Verdunville, La. He got into radio in 1976 while stationed in Korea. Kevin auditioned for the American Forces Korea Network (AFKN) radio and landed a full-time job. In 1977 he was assigned to Fort Polk, Louisiana where he worked at
the base radio station KPOK. 1979 Kevin was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 71R Broadcast Jouralist. He also received his third-class broadcaster license from the FCC. Upon arriving in Germany in 1980,
Kevin was assigned to the American Forces Network (AFN) Kaiserslautern. Kevin is in his 28-year between Summit Media and Cox Radio. He continues to provide Meritorious
service to Summit Media Organization.
